400 lb Goliath Grouper Fishing (Jewfish) – Boca Grande Florida
A 400 blow Goliath Grouper (also famous as Jewfish) caught in the humour of Boca Grande Pass in Southwest Florida. This was caught during a charter with Captain blackamoor McLaughlin of Another Keeper Charters in Dec of 2008. For more info, gratify meet www.anotherkeeper.com.

These are some really voracious buggers. They will eat just about anything they can swallow, are strong as bulls and their hide is tough as old boots, so say old folks who have been catching them.

@yamfeaeb I live in the keys and they are NOT almost extinct. Theyre everywhere now but 20 years ago they came close so laws were put in place and they havent been repealed yet

fuck you all groupers are the nicest fish ever. they are like fucking underwater dogs. they literally swim up to you and force you to pet them. ive been diving with them.. they are amazing.. please stop catching and eating them they’re almost extinct..
