I can tell you that After looking at the video I tried today the same technique in Cape Coral FL in one of the canals of the river and it did worked. I catch 15 ladyfish in 10 minutes, they where hitting the hook like crazy , as soon as the hook was dropped they hit. Thanks for the technique.

I am using a Shimano Spheros in this clip. I also like the Penn Battle and Penn Sargus as well. They are prices great and hold up to guided saltwater trips very well.
